InfoSec Engineer - Linux Administration
Job Description:
- Work on setting up, managing and updating the Linux ecosystem.
- Manage security analytics platform based on ElasticSearch and Kibana dashboards
- Export data from elasticsearch and create reports in MS Excel
- Contribute, execute and troubleshoot various shell scripts on a need basis
- Assist in regulatory requirements providing evidences on linux, ssh, auditd logs
- Participate in on-call rotation for Security incident triage and response
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of deep hands-on experience in Linux system administration
- Knowledge of various linux logs like auth, syslog and auditd
- Shell scripting or automation of simple tasks using Python, or Bash
- Familiarity with any HIDS systems like OSSEC
- Understanding the usage of git
- Proficiency in working on excel including filtering and formulas
