Tasks
Working with Team Risk Management in processing of daily tasks and in projects
Supporting maintenance and continuous improvement of the J-SOX and Internal Control System infrastructure including J-SOX assessment and reporting process, Internal Control System and internal controls and process database
Collection of content and preparation of presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management
Handling special topics such as review of new regulatory requirements or handling of inquiries from internal stakeholders
Requirements
Enrolled in economics, business administration, business informatics or related subjects
MS-Office knowledge, IT affinity and ideally initial experience with SAP
Interest in working in a strong team with a variety of changing tasks
Team player with proactive open mindset and hands-on mentality
Proficiency in German and English is mandatory, other languages are welcome
Earliest possible start date: August 2024.
