1. Establish enterprise investment framework and research system, improve qualitative and quantitative product evaluation system, formulate departmental strategy plans in asset allocation, and clarify investment direction and goals;
2. Based on demand, deploy diversified investment products, build investment strategies and portfolios, reasonably allocate funds, and optimize investment portfolios. Make investment decisions within authorized scope, formulate and dynamically adjust investment strategies based on market changes, product characteristics, and risk-return features, and coordinate investment research, transaction execution, and tracking management;
3. Track domestic and international macroeconomic policies and market trends, form professional investment strategy recommendations, and provide strong support for investment decisions. Actively expand cooperation resources with external financial institutions and explore potential investment opportunities.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or related majors. Possess securities and fund industry qualification certificates, CFA preferred;
2. 10+ years of investment management related experience, and possess a certain investment scale; additional work experience in financial institutions such as securities firms, funds, bank asset management, or private equity funds preferred;
3. Familiar with the operating mechanisms of various investment products and mainstream investment strategies, master modern investment portfolio theory, risk management tools, and understand relevant laws and regulations and compliance requirements in the financial industry;
4. Strong data sensitivity and logical analysis ability, as well as excellent business negotiation skills. Deep understanding and judgment of investment terms and product elements;
5. Strong stress resistance, high sense of responsibility, rigorous and meticulous work, integrity and diligence, and passion for investment work.
