Job Description
- Plan, schedule, and conduct internal reviews in accordance with various ISO standards.
- Evaluate the effective implementation of the organization’s various ISO standards.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and present results internally.
- Monitor and follow up on proposed action plans to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits and certifications.
- Proven experience in monitoring and reviewing compliance for at least 4 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Internal Audit or related field.
- Certification in ISO lead auditor or implementor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar qualification.
- Experience within the igaming space.
- Experience with ISO standards.

The Wow
As an ISO Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for planning, programming and conducting internal reviews on our ISO frameworks, preparing reports and identifying improvements.
In this pivotal role within the Technical Compliance Team, you will be working across the business and be instrumental in driving continuous improvement across our wide range of ISO management systems.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
- Plan, schedule, and conduct internal reviews in accordance with various ISO standards.

What we are looking for
- Proven experience in monitoring and reviewing compliance for at least 4 years, ideally within the igaming space.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar qualification is beneficial.
- Experience with any of the below ISO standards is beneficial:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Internal Audit or related field.
- Certification in ISO lead auditor or implementor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001
