Betsson Group is seeking a CRM Coordinator for Sportsbook operations in Malta. This role focuses on boosting customer engagement and retention for the Italian market, ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include creating promotions, collaborating on campaigns, managing multi-channel communication, evaluating campaign efficiency, automating lifecycle communications, and supporting customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, a good understanding of the Italian market, and experience in online gaming and CRM.
Must have:
  • Assist CRM & Sportsbook Manager with promotions and communications
  • Collaborate with Gaming teams for locally relevant campaigns
  • Assist with promotional content, banner planning, newsletters
  • Use CRM tools for multi-channel communication strategy
  • Evaluate and optimize campaigns
  • Build & automate lifecycle communications
  • Pull and organize segmentation lists
  • Write copy, set-up, and send communications
  • Test CRM Campaign quality and user journeys
  • Support Customer Service escalations
  • Gather competitor insights and gap analysis
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Passion for sports and casino
  • Good understanding of Italian Market
  • Native level written and spoken Italian
  • Proficient level of English
  • 2+ years experience in online gaming
  • 1+ year experience in the CRM field
  • Proficient user of Excel and Office package

Job Details

We are now looking to hire a CRM Coordinator into the team! To effectively support our Sportsbook expansion, you will be tasked to boost customer engagement and retention, and ensure full compliance with regulations. As our next CRM Coordinator you will be focused solely on sportsbook operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CRM & Sportsbook Manager on the creation of compelling promotions and communications on a day-to-day basis - from idea generation, planning and briefing to evaluation, reporting & optimizing.
  • Collaborate with Gaming teams to come up with compelling, locally relevant campaigns focused on retaining, reactivating and acquiring new players.
  • Assist with promotional content, banner planning, newsletter and other promotional material for both onsite and digital media.
  • Use CRM tools at your disposal to coordinate a multi-channel communication strategy.
  • Constantly evaluate your campaigns, take a “plan, implement, measure and improve” approach in order to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Build & automate lifecycle communications in collaboration with the scope of decreasing churn and enhancing player engagement.
  • Pulling and organising segmentation lists to prepare for execution of campaigns.
  • Write copy, set-up communications and send them out through CRM channels across the customer life-cycle.
  • Test the quality and user journeys of CRM Campaigns.
  • Support Customer Service being a direct point for escalations.
  • Gathering competitor insights and gap analysis.

Requirements:

  • Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Passionate for sports and casino.
  • Good understanding of Italian Market.
  • Native level written and spoken Italian and proficient level of English.
  • 2+ years experience in online gaming.
  • 1+ year experience in the CRM field.
  • Proficient user of Excel and Office package in general.
