This IT Helpdesk Engineer role requires strong AWS security expertise. Responsibilities include providing on-site and remote IT support (hardware, software, network troubleshooting), managing device compliance via MDM, handling IT administrative tasks (system setup, configurations, user training), monitoring and securing AWS infrastructure, conducting security audits, implementing corrective actions for vulnerabilities, overseeing email security (DKIM, DMARC, SPF), responding to security incidents using SIEM, and supporting IT operations to ensure SOC 2 and GDPR compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven IT helpdesk experience, hands-on AWS security and infrastructure management experience, familiarity with email security protocols and phishing prevention, knowledge of security monitoring tools and incident response, and understanding of compliance frameworks.
