Job Description

As a Support Engineer (Japanese) at Capgemini Engineering, you will be part of a global team of engineers and scientists to help innovative companies. You will be responsible for handling customer calls with English and Japanese clients and working in virtual teams distributed globally. You will also be working with various client groups. Must Have:
  • Handle customer calls with English and Japanese clients
  • Work in virtual teams distributed globally
  • Work with disparate and demanding client groups
  • Japanese language proficiency level N1 mandatory
  • Networking and security experience
  • Hands-on administration experience of Windows and Unix operating systems
  • Windows/Unix scripting and XML coding experience
  • Unix/Windows Connect Direct support experience
  • Willing to work in 24*7 Production Support model

Job Description - Grade Specific

  • Japanese language proficiency level N1 mandatory.
  • Networking and security experience of cryptography applications and data security.
  • Hands on administration experience of Windows and Unix, operating systems.
  • Windows/Unix scripting experience and XML coding.
  • Unix/Windows Connect Direct support experience.
  • Willing to work in 24*7 Production Support model
