Python Developer | Pune & Hyderabad | 9 to 12 Years

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Python Developer with 9-12 years of experience for roles in Pune and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Python/Node.js, REST API design, AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB/S3, IAM), and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation), security best practices, monitoring, CI/CD, and prompt engineering collaboration is essential. This permanent role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills.

Must Have

• Proficient in Python and/or Node.js; strong REST API design and implementation skills.
• Deep experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB/S3, and IAM.
• Hands-on with Docker and EKS (or ECS); comfortable with Helm, K8s manifests, and cluster autoscaling.
• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol spec or similar LLM tool-invocation patterns.
• Expert in Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation for defining and deploying AWS infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of VPC networking, PrivateLink, security groups, WAF, Secrets Manager, and implementing least-privilege IAM policies.
• Experience with CloudWatch (logs, dashboards, alarms), Kibana, or open-source tooling (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Proficient setting up pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline) for automated testing and deployments.

Job Description
