Since 2021, KRAFTON has identified deep learning as an area to expand our game production capabilities and a field for continuous new challenges. We are focusing on research in this area and actively investing, including recruiting key talent, to fully realize its potential.

[Deep Learning Division Vision]

KRAFTON's Deep Learning Division proactively researches and develops AI technologies to support KRAFTON in innovating game development efficiency and user experience, and creating new value through AI technology.

Introducing the Mission You Will Undertake with Our Team

In line with the Deep Learning Division's strategic direction, the Strategy 담당자 (person in charge of strategy) within the Strategy & Operations team performs the following roles to ensure smooth execution of AI-related research and development:

• Establishment and promotion of short-to-mid-term strategic directions based on the vision and mission of the Deep Learning Division.
• Research and insight derivation for strategic issues within the division, and preparation of reports.
• Planning and operation of large-scale AI projects through internal/external communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Flexible response to ad-hoc requests from leadership levels, and derivation and management of practical action items.

We Want to Grow with Someone Who Has These Experiences! (Required Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience in strategy or high-level planning in AI, game, tech industry, or related fields.
• Experience structuring complex issues, conducting research, and deriving insights based on logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and preparing reports.
• Collaboration and strategic communication skills with various stakeholders including leadership, related departments, and external partners.
• Advanced document creation and visualization capabilities for strategic reports, business plans, etc.
• Business English proficiency (ability to write English reports and communicate with overseas members).
• Proactive problem-solver in various work situations and a team player who achieves results through collaboration.
• No disqualifications for overseas business trips.

If You Have These Experiences, You Are the One We Are Looking For! (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in technology strategy, R&D planning, or long-term roadmap establishment within an AI or tech organization.
• Experience in external collaboration and presentations such as global partnerships, industry-academia cooperation, government projects, and conference presentations.
• Sensitive to new technology trends and accustomed to a culture of active learning and sharing.
