KRAFTON identifies and publishes uniquely enjoyable games globally, crafted by creative production studios. We innovate gaming through new challenges and technologies, expanding platforms to captivate a larger fan base. The Offline IP Experiences Team, part of KRAFTON Global Publishing, oversees global game shows and offline marketing (BTL) strategies. Guided by “Spark Offline, Amplify Online, Grow Community,” the team connects offline play with online campaigns to expand buzz and grow core fandom, while leading cross-functional efforts to unify the company's story.
Must have:
  • Design and operate playable-first offline IP experiences to convey IP charm through direct play on-site.
  • Create company synergy by unifying publishing, development, branding, and community with a single goal, schedule, and strategy.
  • Complete 'Community Snowballing' by designing and executing field experiences and online actions (online demos, UGC, influencer/ATL/BTL campaigns, etc.) to amplify each other and snowball buzz.
  • Analyze pre-, during-, and post-event data to adjust offline budgets to optimal size without overheating and continuously increase ROI.
  • Implement the 'Spark Offline – Amplify Online – Grow Community' principle at global game shows to expand brand and fandom.
  • Write and share post-mortems containing insights that penetrate global game trends beyond BTL results, suggesting the organization's next steps.
  • Strengthen global partnerships and vendor networks to build an operating system that provides consistent KRAFTON experiences everywhere.
Good to have:
  • Experience in core industry roles like PM or marketing, deeply passionate about games.
  • Native-level English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly proficient in Confluence and PPT documentation & visualizing capabilities.
  • Experience successfully running organic campaigns with influencers and streamers.
  • Experience operating and activating communities from a hardcore player's perspective.

Introducing Our Team (Project)

The Offline IP Experiences Team is part of KRAFTON Global Publishing and oversees global game shows and offline marketing (BTL) strategies. Marketers who best understand games gather under the principle of “Spark Offline, Amplify Online, Grow Community” to closely connect offline play experiences with online campaigns, expanding buzz and growing core fandom. They also lead publishing, development, and HQ branding TFs to complete a unified company story.

Missions to Accomplish with Our Team

  • Design and operate playable-first offline IP experiences to convey the charm of the IP through direct play on-site.
  • Create company synergy by unifying publishing, development, branding, and community with a single goal, schedule, and strategy.

We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)

  • Total marketing experience of 12+ years / Global BTL and event experience of 8+ years — Proven track record of expanding and overseeing world-class game IPs into playable-first offline experiences.
  • Translating IP DNA into space and experience — Examples of incorporating game worldview, art, and community codes into on-site flow and demonstration environment design.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership — Experience completing complex projects by coordinating publishing, development, branding, and community into a single goal, schedule, and strategy.
  • Creative Convergence across industries — Successful execution of new experiences both offline and online by collaborating with other industries such as fashion, tech, and entertainment, centered around games.
  • Budget Efficiency Capability — Experience designing cost and performance indicators and improving offline efficiency without excessive investment.
  • Communication that leads to persuasion and consensus — Ability to clearly and concisely negotiate and coordinate from C-level to on-site vendors.
  • Deep Gamer Mindset — Passion to self-learn and disseminate game and platform trends, providing insights to the team.
  • Vendor and Production Governance — Experience managing large-scale event personnel, production, and operation vendors and proactively resolving risks.

  • Deeply passionate about games, cannot live without games — Experience in core industry roles like PM or marketing, or equivalent experience.
