Introducing Our Team (Project)

Publishing Div. 2 publishes games of various genres and platforms, including inZOI and Subnautica 2, striving to provide the best experience to the global gaming community.

This Business & Operations Manager position belongs to the Project Management Dept. under Publishing Div. 2, and plays a role in proactively establishing global business strategies for projects under Publishing Div. 2, and planning and executing optimal operational plans to support business success.

Introducing the Mission You'll Undertake with Our Team.

• Overall management of the division's P&L and budget, ensuring sound business operations through contract efficiency and feasibility review.
• Closely collaborate with publishing organizations in North America, Europe, China, and various Asian regions to maximize budget execution efficiency from a global perspective and advance regional business performance analysis and results management processes.
• Support the pre-launch phase of game releases in the publishing business development process (e.g., compliance checks, partner collaboration, schedule management).
• Advance business performance analysis and results management processes for publishing projects, and establish a collaboration system with relevant departments.
• Prepare quantitative data-based reports and key reporting materials to support executive decision-making.

• Individuals with 5+ years of experience primarily in business strategy, business development, or business operations.
• Individuals with experience in planning, designing, or improving internal/external collaboration processes within a department.
• Individuals with communication skills to coordinate complex interests and lead collaborations.
• Individuals with excellent strategic thinking and reporting capabilities to logically structure abstract problems and communicate them effectively.
• Individuals with no disqualifications for overseas business trips and work.

If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred Qualifications)

• Deep understanding and rich data/experience across the global game industry.
• Experience managing the entire product launch cycle in the game or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in foreign languages at a business level or higher (English, Chinese, Japanese preferred).
• Experience successfully managing multiple projects in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Work experience in a global business environment.
• Ability to analyze and improve business performance based on financial knowledge (e.g., P&L analysis, budget management).
• Deep passion for games and excellent insight.
