KRAFTON is seeking a Community Marketing Manager for Palworld Mobile to lead community-centric marketing. This role involves actively communicating with the global player community, expanding the brand and game experience through community-based strategies, managing player events, and overseeing global public opinion. The manager will build trust with players and drive community growth for Palworld Mobile.
Must have:
  • Deep understanding and playing experience of Palworld and open-world survival crafting genres
  • Experience and insights from activities in global game communities (Reddit, Discord, etc.)
  • Experience in planning and operating online/offline player events
  • Communication skills to coordinate schedules and priorities while collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Strong interest and passion for game community-based marketing
  • No disqualification for overseas business trips
Good to have:
  • Experience in Palworld community activities and fan content creation
  • Experience in global community management or marketing-related roles
  • Understanding and experience in managing multicultural, multi-regional communities
  • Experience in data-driven community performance analysis and improvement
  • English and other foreign language communication skills

KRAFTON is looking for a Community Marketing Manager for Palworld Mobile to lead community-centric marketing. This role will actively communicate with the global player community and play a key role in expanding the Palworld Mobile brand and game experience through community focus. You will build trust with players and drive the growth of the Palworld Mobile community through the execution of community-based marketing strategies, operation of player events, and management of global public opinion.

Introducing the Mission We Will Accomplish Together

  • Planning and executing community-centric marketing strategies for Palworld Mobile
  • Writing messages and managing communications for global players
  • Monitoring and managing public opinion based on global community channels such as Reddit and Discord
  • Planning and managing online/offline player events
  • Creating campaign synergy through collaboration with internal relevant departments and development studios
  • Analyzing community feedback to improve marketing strategies and operational plans
