Introducing Our Team (Project)
KRAFTON PUBG Esports Dept. is responsible for establishing and executing strategies for KRAFTON's global esports operations and various esports-related businesses. The Esports League Operations Team, under the Esports Production Team, plans, operates, and manages PUBG esports tournaments, and supports professional teams that form the PUBG esports ecosystem to participate in competitions in an optimal environment.
Introducing the Missions We'll Undertake Together
Plan and operate tournaments that align with the direction of Battlegrounds and the vision of the Esports Department. Based on a deep understanding and passion for games and esports, we provide extensive support ranging from community events to global tournaments, contributing to the performance and growth of Battlegrounds esports.
1. PUBG Players Tour (PPT) – Amateur Tournament Operations Support
- Tournament operations support and monitoring
- Analysis of match results and community sentiment
- Communication with relevant departments, tournament participants, viewers, and stakeholders
2. Korean Region (PWS: PUBG WEEKLY SERIES, etc.) Tournament Operations
- PWS and Korean regional tournament operations support
- Tournament schedule management, operations manual, and rule management
- Communication, management, and operations support for Korean Battlegrounds professional teams and stakeholders
3. Tournament System Operations and Data Management
- Management and analysis of match result data
- Management of tournament operation platforms and internal systems
4. Broadcast and Streaming Support
- Coordination of tournament broadcast schedules and on-site operations support
- Support for streamers and content creators
5. Tournament Policy and Rule Management
- Management of policies and rules for each tournament
- Case analysis and record keeping
6. Other Operational Support
- Communication with tournament participants and stakeholders
- Support for other tournament-related administrative tasks
We'd like to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)
- Possesses a high understanding of games and gamers through skilled PUBG playing experience
- Possesses a high understanding of the esports industry and viewing environment based on experience in PUBG esports and other esports titles
- Values teamwork and smooth communication, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills with project stakeholders
- Highly proficient in basic document processing tools (PPT, Excel, Word)
- No disqualifications for overseas business trips

- Work experience in PUBG or esports tournament-related industries
- Experience managing communities using platforms like Discord
- Business English proficiency for global collaboration and communication
