Job Description

Landor is seeking a Junior Administrator. The role involves maintaining and updating employee timesheets, processing expense claims, assisting with travel arrangements for Directors and senior leadership, and supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work on Central European Time (Paris), understand international time zones, and demonstrate strong communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The candidate must also maintain diplomacy, discretion, and a professional demeanor at all times, while being resilient and able to work accurately under pressure. This role also requires an interest in the business.
Must Have:
  • Maintain and update employee timesheets accurately and timely.
  • Process employee expense claims according to internal policies.
  • Book travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) for Directors and senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and IT literacy skills.
  • Ability to work in Central European Time (Paris).

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and update employee timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Upload and process employee expense claims in line with internal policies.
  • Assist the EA team with booking travel (flights, hotels, and ground transportation) for Directors and senior leadership and collaborate to support ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all travel and expense documentation is correctly recorded and filed. 

 What you’ll need:

  • To be able to work on Central European Time (Paris), along with an understanding of international time zones and their impact on organizing meetings.
  •  Ability to maintain diplomacy and discretion at all times, along with perseverance, patience and a sense of humour, along with an ability to be resilient, tenacious and work fast and accurately under pressure while maintaining a professional disposition at all times.
  • Mature and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an interest in the business.
  • Advanced IT literacy, demonstrable ability to navigate and use Outlook, Excel (printing spreadsheets), PowerPoint and Word.
