Position at Ness Czech s.r.o.

In our Ness Czech team, which has been long-term involved in a project for one of the largest telecommunication operators in the Czech Republic, we are currently looking for an experienced developer who would like to participate in the development and modernization of customer communication systems.

What is it about?

The project focuses on the development and migration of print templates that generate key documents for millions of customers – for example, contracts, invoices, or service overviews. We work with GMC Inspire and PrintNet tools, but experience with them is not a condition – we will be happy to train you in these technologies.

Your main task will be to convert existing templates from the original solution to the new system, maintain them, and further develop them. If you have experience with JavaScript scripting and are well-versed in HTML and XML, we will be happy to offer you an environment where you can further develop your skills.

What will you do?

• Development, maintenance, and migration of print templates for customer documents (e.g., contracts, statements, invoices).
• Rewriting existing templates into a modern solution and their further development.
• Programming template logic using JavaScript and HTML.
• Working with data in XML format – structure, validation, transformation.
• Collaboration with a team of developers and analysts within the project team.

Who are we looking for?

• You have practical experience with JavaScript scripting.
• You understand the basics of HTML and XML, including data structures and transformations.
• You are used to working independently and planning your work effectively.
• Experience with tools like GMC Inspire, PrintNet, or KW Soft / Kadel is welcome, but not necessary.
• (Nice to have) Orientation in a Linux terminal environment and basic knowledge of SQL.
