Who you can rely on

Lenka Michalcová is a specialist in IT law, personal data protection, and technology law. In addition to the Faculty of Law at Charles University, she also studied Applied Informatics at the University of Hradec Králové, which allows her to exceptionally combine legal and technical know-how. Before joining PwC Legal, she headed the legal department of one of the largest independent digital agencies in Europe, where she gained extensive experience in software development, technology, and the operation of internal legal departments. When Lenka is not solving the legal pitfalls of the digital world, she dedicates herself to traveling and discovering new technologies and innovations that provide her with inspiration for her professional life.

What your role will be about

• Diverse and interesting projects: We focus on data and personal data protection, IT law, and intellectual property protection. Every day will bring you new and interesting tasks.

• Complete involvement: From initial design to final solution. You will have direct contact with clients and the opportunity to follow projects from start to finish.

• Collaboration with experts: Work hand in hand with leading specialists in AI, cybersecurity, tax law, and many other fields, all under one roof.

• Long-term cooperation: In case of mutual satisfaction, we expect to continue cooperation even after passing the bar exams.

What you should have

• We appreciate a junior lawyer with experience in technology

• University degree - law (law faculty in the Czech Republic)

• Very good level of English and Czech language (other languages an advantage)

• Strong analytical, argumentation, and communication skills

• Independence, responsibility, and the ability to successfully complete assigned tasks.
