Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Analyst to assist in developing and monitoring maintenance plans, managing service orders, and analyzing technical data. The role involves participating in operational meetings, collaborating on failure analysis, and managing spare parts and equipment repairs. Responsibilities also include budget preparation and monitoring, cost reduction initiatives, and supporting CAPEX projects. The analyst will interface with the Process Engineering team for new vehicle projects and equipment installations.
Must have:
- Assist in developing and monitoring preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Support service order control, KPI analysis, and technical data consolidation.
- Participate in operational meetings, recording and tracking area action plans.
- Collaborate with the technical team on recurring failure analysis and intervention logging.
- Register equipment spare parts in the warehouse and issue requisitions.
- Obtain quotes, follow-up, assist in preparing specifications, and request purchase requisitions.
- Manage advanced stock (Crib) to ensure minimum critical component quantity.
- Work with the supervisor on equipment failure analysis and root cause elimination.
- Support supervisors and technicians in machine troubleshooting.
- Ensure company safety rules are applied in third-party maintenance interventions.
- Ensure interface between SG3 system and contracted third-party companies.
- Develop nationalization, component similarity studies, and equipment improvements.
- Manage inbound and outbound control of machines and equipment for repair.
- Assist in preparing the area's budget for the next Fiscal Year.
- Monitor the area's maintenance budget, reporting weekly to the coordinator.
- Disclose department cost results and cost reduction action plan.
- Assist in developing CAPEX projects for upgrades and retrofitting.
- Monitor lead time of active purchase orders.
- Assist in direct interface with Process Engineering team on new vehicle projects and equipment installation.

- Support the control of service orders, analysis of indicators (KPIs) and consolidation of technical data;
- Participate in operational meetings, recording and monitoring area action plans;
- Collaborate with the technical team in identifying recurring failures and recording interventions;
- Register equipment spare parts in the warehouse and issue requisitions;
- Obtain quotes, follow-up, assist in preparing the terms of reference and request the creation of purchase requisitions according to procedures;
- Management of advanced stock (Crib) to ensure minimum quantity of critical components;
- Work with the supervisor in equipment failure analysis and generate actions to eliminate the root cause of the problem;
- Support supervisors and technicians in troubleshooting machines;
- Ensure that company safety rules are applied and in third-party maintenance interventions;
- Ensure the interface between the SG3 system and contracted third-party companies;
- Develop nationalization, component similarity studies and equipment improvements;
- Manage the control of entry and exit of machines and equipment for repair;
- Assist in preparing the budget for your area for the next Fiscal Year;
- Monitor the maintenance budget for your area, reporting weekly to the coordinator;
- Disclose department cost results and the cost reduction action plan;
- Assist in the preparation of CAPEX projects for upgrades and retrofitting;
- Monitor the lead time of active purchase orders;
- Assist in direct interface with the Process Engineering team in assignments for new vehicle projects & installation of new equipment.
Requirements
- Completed higher education or currently studying (last period).
- Over 1 year of experience in industry work, preferably automotive, in Maintenance areas.
- Advanced Excel
- Desirable Intermediate English (reading, writing and conversation)
- Knowledge of Power-BI, SAP System, Maintenance Control Software (SAP PM, Maximo).
