Overview
As a Junior Producer, you’ll play a key role in bringing creative ideas to life. You’ll support senior producers and project teams in managing the production of advertising campaigns across multiple channels — from digital and social content to video and print. Based in our Budapest office, you’ll collaborate with global teams, external vendors, and internal creatives to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and is eager to learn the ins and outs of ad production.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Daily:
- Support senior producers with project coordination and production tasks.
- Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate with internal teams (creative, account, finance) and external partners (vendors, freelancers, post-production houses).
- Handle administrative tasks (POs, cost estimates, status reports).
- Weekly:
- Join status meetings and production reviews with senior producers.
- Coordinate and consolidate feedback between producers, creatives, CS and vendors.
- Prepare production documentation.
- Team Collaboration & Stakeholders:
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, account managers, and strategy teams.
- Producers team: Directly support and learn from senior producers, with ongoing mentorship.
- External stakeholders: Coordinate with production vendors, freelancers, post-production partners, and occasionally directly with clients.
- Global teams: Partner with colleagues in other offices on international campaigns.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in production, project coordination, advertising, or agency environment (internships included).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (spoken & written), as you’ll collaborate with global teams.
- Basic understanding of the advertising production process (digital, video, social, print).
- Project coordination: scheduling, status tracking, documentation.
- Budget awareness: ability to support in preparing and reconciling estimates.
- Knowledge of file formats, media specs, and production workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
