This position is for a Junior Test Analyst within the Digital Intelligence group, focusing on ensuring the quality of software products for global railway operations. The role involves creating and executing test cases, contributing to cutting-edge technologies that enhance productivity and safety. You will work in a global engineering team, applying your skills to make a significant impact on the world's transportation systems, continuously striving for improvement and innovation.
Must have:
  • Experience in software development projects, working in a Quality Assurance team
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in preparing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development
  • Intermediate English (Reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate and execute testing activities
  • Design, develop, and execute test automation scripts
  • Track, identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet customer needs
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements

Who will you work with?

You will work in a global engineering team that develops cutting-edge technologies capable of providing more productivity and safety for railway operations around the world.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Digital Intelligence group/division, you will be responsible for creating test cases and executing tests with the aim of ensuring the quality of our software products.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems;
  • Experience in software development projects, working in a Quality Assurance team;
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
  • Experience in preparing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development;
  • Intermediate English (Reading, writing, and speaking);
  • Experience working with distributed teams;
  • Desirable experience in the AzureDevOps environment;
  • Desirable experience in railway projects;
  • Desirable experience in test automation;

What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
