The Key Lead ensures a quality in-store customer experience by supervising Brand Reps and Stock Associates, overseeing store operations, and driving performance through customer engagement and sales. Responsibilities include opening/closing, product knowledge, business understanding, register use, asset protection, and visual displays. The role requires strong communication, customer focus, and adaptability, with a preferred one year of retail experience. It's a part-time position requiring weekend and holiday availability.
Must have:
  • Act as Floor Supervisor
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
  • Ensure store operations are running effectively
  • Drive store performance through customer experience and sales
  • Perform Open and Closing Routines
  • Work at least 12-16 hours per week
  • Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What it Takes

  • Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
  • Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.

The starting rate for this position is $18.15 per hour
