Job Description

The Labeling Specialist will report up through the R&D department of the Image Guided Therapy Devices BU. The labeling group is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical device labeling for disposable and system level products. This role involves gathering needs, communicating requirements to the labeling team, tracking progress, and coordinating the implementation of labeling changes.
Must have:
  • Working with internal and external customers to gather needs and requirements of changes/labeling development.
  • Communicate the requirements to the labeling team.
  • Track the progress of labeling changes/development.
  • Coordinate the implementation of labeling changes.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of labeling of medical devices or other directly related experience.
  • Detail oriented, driven for results, organizational skills, prioritization, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements.

Job Details

Your role:

  • Working with internal and external customers to gather needs and requirements of changes/labeling development.
  • Communicate the requirements to the labeling team.
  • Track the progress of labeling changes/development.
  • Coordinate the implementation of labeling changes.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree
  • You've acquired 2+ years of labeling of medical devices or other directly related experience.
  • Your skills include being Detail oriented, driven for results, organizational skills, prioritization, written and verbal communication skills.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an in office role

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO or Plymonth, MN.
