This Lead Business Relationship Management role within Disney Experiences (DX) Tech & Digital's Supplier Partnerships & Ops Technology (SPOT) Vendor Management organization requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in relationship management, data analysis, or a similar field. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with suppliers and partners, collaborating with the director to execute objectives, generating reports and presentations, analyzing data to create executive summaries, recommending process improvements, managing product lifecycles, overseeing vendor requests in ServiceNow, mediating between teams, and identifying and solving product enhancements. The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, executive-level engagement, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

We deliver experiences to consumers through our Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Lines, and Disney Vacation Club. We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digitally led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business, as well as other initiatives such as Hey, Disney! 

This role sits in the Supplier Partnerships & Ops Technology (SPOT) Vendor Management organization within DX T&D and as a Lead Business Relationships Management, you will report into the Director of Tech & Digital Operation & Integration

In this role, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, handling confidential data. Our team provides services to the larger tech and digital organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship and partnership building acumen, analytical skills, demonstrate excellent collaboration abilities, and effectively engage at various levels within the organization. Furthermore, they should be able to translate data into compelling narratives and operate with minimal day-to-day supervision.

What You’ll Do

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the SPOT Vendor Management function to foster relationships with suppliers and TWDC partners, ensuring collaboration and the achievement of shared objectives.

  • Collaborate with the director in various sessions, efficiently summarizing content and advancing to the next steps for execution to achieve established objectives.

  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to support decision-making using precise and relevant data.

  • Analyze data and information to understand their correlations, creating executive-level summaries that articulate the insights in a synthesized manner.

  • Provides information to support the vendor management function and recommends process improvements when necessary.

  • Identify, help solution, and test SPOT product enhancements.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle with vendors, partners, and clients to meet business needs.

  • Oversee 3rd party vendor requests in ServiceNow platform from intake through completion.

  • Mediate between technical teams and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver value-driven outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills 

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in relationship and partnership management, data and information analysis, or a similar field, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and proven analytical acumen.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, with a proven history of addressing challenging issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop deep domain expertise to effectively communicate and influence decisions based on data.

  • Extensive experience collaborating directly with senior executive leaders to achieve business objectives.

  • Possesses a team-centric approach, cultivating robust partnerships across various functions with a high degree of ownership.

  • Demonstrated ability to strategically and flexibly adapt to the evolving demands of business and technology.

  • Effective ability to adapt to changes based on leadership feedback.

  • Capable of managing multiple priority projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
