Responsibilities

• Develop, test and support data integration, cleansing, and enrichment projects, leveraging proven technical expertise.

• Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers, and participate in scrum and sprint planning meetings.

• Stay at the forefront of technological advancements by continuously learning and working with different technologies and tools while adhering to industry standards and best practices.

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

• Maintain a problem-solving mindset and adapt to changing business dynamics and project requirements.

• Exhibit exceptional technical expertise by developing and supporting software, including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.

• Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies, languages, and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 10 years of proven software engineering experience in C# and .NET (versions 4-8).

• Proven commercial experience in Python.

• At least 3 years of experience in leading an engineering team.

• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and a solid understanding of Stored Procedures.

• Experience with API development in REST or GraphQL.

• Experience with interpreted languages like PHP.

• Experience in managing large-scale, complex data integration solutions, data mining, and data cleansing.

• Hands-on experience using version control tools (Git).

• Experience with agile software development methodologies.

• Strong collaboration skills, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach.

• Enthusiastic, autonomous, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and develop.

• Team-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.

• Experience in data integration and CRM systems, especially Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience with Visual Basic Applications.

• Experience with React.

• Experience working in financial services, banking, or similar sectors.

Work Location & Schedule

• Amenable in working at Makati City on a dayshift schedule.

• Amenable to go on a hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days work onsite per week).
