Job Description

With a significant investment in our People & Culture function, we've created multiple new positions. This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful change at Nine, playing a key role as we grow and transform! Reporting to the Head of Leadership and Talent, you will drive the development of Nine's leadership, learning, and workforce capabilities. This role involves designing and implementing company-wide programs that strengthen leadership, facilitate workforce planning, and improve employee development at both the business unit and enterprise levels.
Must have:
  • Design, implement and deliver leadership, talent, and performance strategies and programs using strong project management skills and data-driven solutions
  • Develop strategies and conduct data analysis to identify future skill requirements and opportunities, aligning with Nine's long-term goals
  • Build strong relationships and influence senior leaders and P&C teams to align and embed programs with strategic goals
  • Support the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and introduce new, innovative approaches to enhance talent and leadership programs

Reporting to the Head of Leadership and Talent, you will drive the development of Nine's leadership, learning, and workforce capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and create impactful change through designing and implementing company-wide programs that strengthen leadership, facilitate workforce planning, and improve employee development at both the business unit and enterprise levels.

Day to day you will:

  • Design, implement and deliver leadership, talent, and performance strategies and programs using strong project management skills and data-driven solutions
  • Develop strategies and conduct data analysis to identify future skill requirements and opportunities, aligning with Nine's long-term goals
  • Build strong relationships and influence senior leaders and P&C teams to align and embed programs with strategic goals.
  • Support the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and introduce new, innovative approaches to enhance talent and leadership programs

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering development experiences, programs and cyclical processes at large and complex organisations
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform learning strategies, measure program effectiveness, and demonstrate business impact.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Tertiary qualification or degree in HR, OD, or equivalent
