Job Description

As a Learning Operations Analyst, you will improve workforce performance and productivity by managing learning solutions, including registration, vendor management, product support, and LMS. Your responsibilities involve analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems, collaborating with peers, and working as an individual contributor within a team. This role may involve rotational shifts and limited exposure to clients or management.

  • Collaborating with instructional designers, media, content engineers and web developers
  • Learning and using various eLearning tools and platforms
  • Developing a basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Understanding the basics of accessibility standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
  • Basic knowledge of LMS (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday)
  • Understanding of eLearning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI)
  • Familiarity with basic testing methodologies and tools

What are we looking for? • Identifying and documenting bugs and issues. • Collaborating with instructional designers, media, content engineers and web developers to ensure quality standards. • Learning and using various eLearning tools and platforms. • Developing a basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Understanding the basics of accessibility standards. • Attention to detail. • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). • Basic knowledge of LMS (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday). • Understanding of eLearning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI). • Familiarity with basic testing methodologies and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
