Voodoo's Legal - Commercial & IP Department seeks a Legal Intern (July-December 2025). This role involves supporting operational teams by managing IP protection (trademark registrations, takedown requests, litigation), contributing to IP strategy, and drafting/reviewing commercial agreements (publishing, marketing, user acquisition, monetization, services, partnerships). The intern will work closely with in-house lawyers on challenging projects, collaborating within a supportive team. Fluency in English and French is required, along with knowledge of IP law. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, diplomatic, and possess excellent communication skills.

We're looking for a Legal Intern in the Legal - Commercial & IP Department at Voodoo, running from July to December 2025

Team

Our Legal teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. Role

As a Legal Intern in the Commercial team, you will play a key role in supporting the operational teams by addressing their legal needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing IP protection and infringement issues, including trademark registrations, takedown requests, and pre-litigation or litigation cases in France and abroad.
Contributing actively to the company’s strategy to strengthen the protection of its games and apps in an evolving legal environment.
Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements for publishing, marketing, and gaming teams. This includes publishing contracts, user acquisition and monetization agreements, service contracts, and partnership deals.

Profile

Fluency in English and French required
A first successful experience as intern in a law firm or in the legal commercial department of a company
Knowledge of IP law (copyright, trademarks, designs) is a plus
You master the Office Pack and demonstrate rigor, diplomacy and a sense of confidentiality
Sense of listening, availability, ability to work in a team, and a good sense of humor will be great assets for a successful journey at Voodoo !
