Key Responsibilities

• Lead process mining initiatives using Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, compliance issues, and improvement opportunities across enterprise processes.
• Translate Celonis insights into actionable transformation roadmaps, driving measurable business impact (cost savings, cash acceleration, cycle-time reduction, customer experience improvements).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and other business functions to embed Celonis-driven insights into strategic initiatives.
• Design and deliver Celonis dashboards, KPIs, and action flows that enable continuous process transparency and fact-based decision-making.
• Partner with IT to integrate Celonis with core systems (ERP, CRM, workflow platforms) and ensure sustainable data pipelines.
• Leverage Celonis execution management to automate actions and orchestrate process changes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodology to structure problem-solving, prioritize improvement opportunities, and sustain results.
• Train, coach, and mentor teams (including Green Belts) on how to leverage process mining outputs for continuous improvement.
• Deliver compelling presentations, insights, and executive reports, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
• Act independently and proactively in unstructured environments, identifying opportunities without direct guidance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with validated projects delivering measurable business benefits.
• Hands-on expertise in Celonis process mining: building analyses, creating KPIs, designing action flows, and translating insights into transformation initiatives.
• Strong record of cross-functional collaboration and driving value through process improvement.
• Proven mentoring and coaching experience—50+ Green Belt or equivalent projects successfully supported.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills with executive presence.
• Self-starter, comfortable operating in ambiguity, with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• 6+ years of service-industry or shared-services experience in process improvement and transformation at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience in Celonis EMS and integration with ERP/CRM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Advanced analytics capabilities (Minitab, Tableau, Power BI) to complement Celonis insights.
• Experience embedding a Continuous Improvement culture powered by process mining across functions.
• Familiarity with automation and digital enablement tools (RPA, workflow automation, AI/GenAI).
