About the Job

As our new Local Head of Marketing for France, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy, enhancing brand presence, and engaging our target audiences through innovative and data-driven campaigns to grow our brand awareness in the French market. You will play an integral role in growing the business, transforming how the company connects with our audience and attracting the right clients’ segments in alignment with our Group Commercial strategy. Further, you will be leading a team of two professionals. You will report to the local COO with dotted lines to our Global Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

As our new Local Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead local market and competitor analysis to ensure our messaging, media planning, and overall approach are grounded in real-world insights. Your work will directly inform how we position ourselves and connect with our target audiences. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing digital marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, attract high-quality leads, and convert them into loyal clients. With a strong focus on measurable impact, you will drive campaigns that not only resonate but deliver results.

  • Brief, localize, and approve the creation of engaging marketing assets that align with our global brand and resonates with our local target audiences
  • Grow our brand awareness in the French market
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, display, social media, content marketing, as well as affiliates and influencers
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates, cost of acquisition, and overall ROI
  • Work with the global marketing team to roll out global and local marketing campaigns using Paid, Owned and Earned channels
  • Work with local marketing and local commercial team to define and launch local initiatives and to localize global initiatives
  • Sign-off on marketing initiatives that are going live in the French market in alignment with Legal and Compliance, following local rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ stakeholders from Client Insights, Marketing Strategy, Design, PR and Communications, and Paid Media to ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope

Your Profile

You are highly organized, with strong prioritization skills and a natural eagerness to learn. You thrive when managing multiple tasks simultaneously and are deeply focused on delivering tangible outcomes. You are a self-starter who confidently navigates a varied workload and shifting priorities. In our fast-paced environment, you maintain a clear focus on long-term goals while adapting quickly to change. Your ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels—especially in senior-level presentations and interactions—will be key to your success in this role.

Further:

  • A marketing degree or a similar equivalent and a clear demonstrable interest or prior experience in the financial service industry
  • Digital marketing experience with a proven track record of developing, delivering and managing highly targeted and effective digital campaigns
  • Demonstrable ability to grow market share disproportionally to share of voice
  • Fluent in French and English - written and verbal and know how to use effective storytelling techniques
  • Strong commercial mindset and acumen for balancing customer needs with business goals
  • Ability to synthesize analytics, insights and intuition to develop, pilot and scale marketing campaigns that increase impact and ROI
  • A risk and compliance mindset ensuring that all activities meet regulatory requirements
