As our new Local Head of Marketing for France, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy, enhancing brand presence, and engaging our target audiences through innovative and data-driven campaigns to grow our brand awareness in the French market. You will play an integral role in growing the business, transforming how the company connects with our audience and attracting the right clients’ segments in alignment with our Group Commercial strategy. Further, you will be leading a team of two professionals. You will report to the local COO with dotted lines to our Global Head of Marketing.
As our new Local Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead local market and competitor analysis to ensure our messaging, media planning, and overall approach are grounded in real-world insights. Your work will directly inform how we position ourselves and connect with our target audiences. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing digital marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, attract high-quality leads, and convert them into loyal clients. With a strong focus on measurable impact, you will drive campaigns that not only resonate but deliver results.
You are highly organized, with strong prioritization skills and a natural eagerness to learn. You thrive when managing multiple tasks simultaneously and are deeply focused on delivering tangible outcomes. You are a self-starter who confidently navigates a varied workload and shifting priorities. In our fast-paced environment, you maintain a clear focus on long-term goals while adapting quickly to change. Your ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels—especially in senior-level presentations and interactions—will be key to your success in this role.
