Job Description
The Logistics Analyst PL will be responsible for capturing and hiring drivers, contacting drivers and fleet owners via WhatsApp and phone calls, managing shipments, controlling loading schedules and restrictions, issuing loading orders (SAP, Carguero), reporting on daily shipments, and issuing transport documents (CTE), and reversing SAP manifests. The role involves coordinating logistics operations and ensuring the smooth transportation of goods.
- Captação e contratação de motoristas;
- Contato com motorista e frotistas no whatsapp e ligações telefônicas;
- Gestão de embarques: Controle das cadências e restrições de carregamento;
- Emissão de ordens de carregamento (SAP , Carguero).
- Report em relação aos embarques diários;
- Emissão de documentos de transportes (CTE);
- Estorno de manifesto SAP;
