- Perform corrective electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities, attending to requests from various areas of the hotel, diagnosing defects, through manuals, drawings, and/or technical evaluation, replacing parts, and making necessary adjustments.
- Perform preventive maintenance (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic) based on a checklist, inspecting kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, pump operation, water tank, electrical part, generators, etc., detecting possible irregularities, performing repairs, and informing the superior about detected problems.
- Provide support to the IT area for layout changes, cable routing, etc.
- Read and record daily consumption of gas, water, and energy.
- Inspect fire-fighting equipment, informing the superior of any irregularities.
- Request and monitor technical visits and maintenance carried out by third parties, when necessary.
- Comply with procedures related to the use of PPE and EPC.
- Guide less experienced professionals.
- Apply the area's "Self-Control" processes and procedures;
- Perform small masonry and carpentry services, when necessary.
- Record performed maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electricity.
