  • 2+ years in internal controls, audit, or risk governance.
  • Solid understanding of control frameworks (COSO, COBIT).
  • Strong analytical approach.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and governance tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform MetricStream (or similar).

To be successful at the role proficiency in data visualization and governance tools is essential, including hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for creating insightful dashboards and reports that support control monitoring and decision-making. Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform MetricStream (or similar) is preferred to manage control frameworks, track remediation activities, and ensure regulatory compliance across business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead control assessments across business units, ensuring they’re completed on time and with care.
  • Test and validate business area controls regularly, identifying where things are working—and where they’re not.
  • Support teams in fixing control issues, tracking progress, and making sure lessons are learned.
  • Log and follow up on control failures or risk events, helping us stay accountable and transparent.
  • Work closely with Business Control Officers, central teams, and second-line colleagues to keep everyone aligned.
  • Build and share clear, useful reports and dashboards that help leaders understand risk and control performance.
  • Contribute to training and guidance, helping others understand what good control looks like and why it matters.
  • Respond to audits and regulatory requests
