Must have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience leading a presales solutions team.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com reporting.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the HR Tech industry or a demonstrable history of scaling presales teams within a high-growth company is preferred.

Rippling is currently seeking a motivated and strategic Manager for our HR Solutions Consulting team. In this role, you'll lead and empower a team of HR solutions consultants while directly influencing key sales strategies and high-stakes deals. Your leadership will be critical to our continued growth, shaping how we meet the complex needs of our prospects and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of high-performing HR Solutions Consultants, guiding their professional growth and driving a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Strategize and execute on our sales process, providing hands-on support for top deals and acting as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and our customers.
  • Deeply understand customer needs by building strong relationships and capturing invaluable product feedback. You'll translate these insights into actionable feedback for our product team, directly influencing our product roadmap.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing SC capacity and operational efficiency, ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Influence and own the operational infrastructure and performance metrics for your team, must have strong salesforce.com reporting and visual presentation skills.
  • Cultivate a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and performance, inspiring your team to achieve new levels of success.
  • Partner with our Recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent, building a versatile and dynamic team committed to Rippling's vision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a presales solutions team.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including experience with Salesforce.com reporting and a knack for owning operations for your business.
  • A track record of successfully leading and executing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Experience in the HR Tech industry or a demonstrable history of scaling presales teams within a high-growth company is preferred.
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build.
