Job Description
The Manager IT Governance & Compliance will support and implement information security compliance, risk, and audit programs. This role involves assessing, developing, and implementing security programs, including policies and procedures. The manager will inform stakeholders on security issues and ensure adherence to compliance standards like ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and RBI, working with internal teams and external auditors. Key responsibilities include reviewing and managing compliance documentation.
Must have:
- Support Information Security compliance, risk and audit program.
- Assess, develop and implement information security programs.
- Inform stakeholders about compliance and security-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to applicable compliance standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI).
- Review, develop and manage documentation/SOPs for compliance.

Role Accountability:
- Support Information Security compliance, risk and audit program
- Able to assess, develop and implement information security programs including organizational design and key policies/process/standards/procedures.
- Informs stakeholders about compliance and security-related issues and activities affecting the assigned area or project
- Work with business and technical team members, third party vendors and auditors to ensure adherence to all applicable compliance standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, RBI, etc).
