As a Manager of the IT Platform Services team, you'll lead the teams that keep us running at scale. From network infrastructure and enterprise platforms to core internal systems, you'll drive reliability, performance, and service excellence across our technology stack. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape technical direction, elevate team performance, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that power our business every day. In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering cross-functionally to turn operational challenges into innovation.

What You'll Bring
- At least 4 years managing enterprise IT platforms, including 3 years leading high-performing teams and relevant education.
- Experience driving reliability and scalability in a cloud-first, high-growth environment.
