This part-time position (50%, 20 hours/week) is a parental leave replacement until March 31, 2026, primarily based in Munich. Responsibilities include conducting studio research projects and monitoring film-related data (tracking, exit polls, consumer panel data); leading international consumer and brand studies, deriving insights for internal/external use; conducting qualitative focus groups; developing research strategies to address market trends; analyzing media and advertising landscapes to support marketing, media, and sales teams; analyzing primary/secondary data and presenting insights; collaborating with departments and external vendors. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience leading complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Must have:
  • Completed degree in communications, media, or economics with a market research focus
  • 5+ years' experience in consumer research (ideally entertainment)
  • Experience leading complex quantitative & qualitative analyses
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS)
  • Excellent communication skills (German & English)
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

Diese Stelle ist eine Elternzeitvertretung und daher befristet bis zum 31. März 2026. Diese Stelle arbeitet in Teilzeit bei 50% / 20 Wochenstunden.

Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, primär (4+ Tage) aus unserem Münchener Büro zu arbeiten.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

  • Durchführung von Studio Research-Projekten & kontinuierliches Monitoring von filmbezogenen Daten (Tracking, Exit Polls und Konsumentenpaneldaten)   

  • Leitung (internationaler) Konsumenten- und Markenstudien und Ableitung unternehmensübergreifender Insights für interne und externe Zwecke 

  • Kontinuierliche Durchführung von qualitativen Zielgruppen-Sessions   

  • Entwicklung und Etablierung von Forschungsstrategien, um auf Trends und (veränderte) Markt- und Nutzungsgewohnheiten einzugehen 

  • Analyse der Medien- und Werbelandschaft um proaktiv Marketing-, Media- und Sales Teams zu unterstützen  

  • Analyse und Interpretation von Primär- und Sekundärdaten und zielgerichtete Aufbereitung der Insights  

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern  

  

Erforderliche Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem Bereich wie Kommunikations-, Medien- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften – mit dem Fokus Marktforschung 

  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich (Consumer) Research – idealerweise im Entertainment-Bereich  

  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen (quantitativen und qualitativen) Analysen

  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit statistischen Auswertungsprogrammen (wie SPSS) sind von Vorteil  

  • Fähigkeit komplexe Daten in ein holistisches Gesamtbild zu überführen  

  • Leidenschaft für die Entertainmentbranche sowie ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der aktuellen Markttrends  

  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel 

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse  

  • Kooperative und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
