We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Directly manages software development projects (including program management) and execution through individual contributors. May also lead project teams across platforms or groups
• Implements processes to drive strong operational hygiene for all components and systems within their group
• Responsible for the delivery of projects, including quality and timeliness, that impact their domain and potentially one other
• Demonstrates strong tactical ability by managing the roadmap for a scrum team responsible for technical issues of diverse scope where analysis requires an understanding of current business or tends
• Competent at communicating technical issues with non-technical audiences
• Analyzes multiple sources of information and identifies & resolves complex technical, operational, and organizational problems relating to software development.
• Collaborates with direct team, managers in org, stakeholders such as Product Owners & PMO

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

Partial telecommuting permitted from a commutable distance

Special Skill Requirements:

1. Web frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Batch, Groovy and Grails

2. Web Service frameworks like Apache CXF and related technologies like Rest API, Protocol Buffers, JSON, XML

3. Programming languages like Java 8 and Python

4. Javascript Servers and UI frameworks like Node JS, Express, Restify

5. Javascript UI frameworks like Angular, React, JQuery, Ext JS

6. Application Servers like Apache Tomcat, Weblogic and WebSphere Databases like Oracle 11g, SQL Server and MongoDB;

7. Database programming using PL/SQL

8. Software build and dependency management tools Jenkins, XL Release, Maven, Gradle, Grunt/Gulp, Node Package Manager (npm)

9. Code repository and version management software like Git and SVN

10. Software Unit Testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Karma, Jasmine

11. Performance Monitoring tools like Load Runner
