Seeking a proactive Strategic Insights Specialist to enable sales, engage clients, and market new services for the Strategic Analytics and Insights (SA&I) business. This role involves transforming data into compelling narratives, crafting insightful, data-driven stories for regional sales teams, prospects, and clients. The specialist will simplify complex solutions into clear marketing content, produce engaging tools, and drive demand through content ownership and innovation. Responsibilities include content development, analysis of consumer insights, presentation customization, and collaboration with various teams to support business objectives and client engagement.
Must have:
  • Support Business Partners with content development for their clients
  • Plan, build and deploy compelling and engaging content for our West Europe SA&I business
  • Analyze and interpret data to discover consumer insights and provide conclusions and recommendations
  • Provide insights and data to support creation of regional and global SA&I gift of content
  • Assist in the preparation and customization of presentations for client meetings
  • Use storytelling to create compelling and engaging presentations
  • Create and/or adapt existing content based on sales insight, persona and segment
  • Identify clients’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Work with sales teams to ensure content maintains brand voice and drives engagement
  • Assist with insights content knowledge management and retention of content
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, insights team, and designers
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
  • Experience producing different types of written content and doing research using multiple sources
  • A good understanding of B2B content, experience with consumer goods/FMCG (retail/manufacturing)
  • Exceptional writing skills in a marketing and communication environment, including editing and proofreading
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Required software skills: MS Office Suite
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing or market research
  • Knowledge of NielsenIQ data or similar market research tools is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics, or PowerBI is a plus
  • Fluent in one additional language is a plus

Job Description

  • Support Business Partners with content development for their clients, creating a clear, engaging story and maintaining global brand voice and verbal identity
  • Plan, build and deploy compelling and engaging content for our West Europe SA&I business, aligned to business objectives and supporting customer journey
  • Analyze and interpret data to discover consumer insights and provide conclusions and recommendations.
  • Provide insights and data to support creation of regional and global SA&I gift of content
  • Assist in the preparation and customization of presentations for client meetings, ensuring materials are informative, engaging, and tailored to client needs.
  • Use storytelling to create compelling and engaging presentations
  • Create and/or adapt existing content based on sales insight, persona and segment
  • Identify clients’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics to help sellers engage with clients and leads
  • Work with sales teams to ensure content such as marketing collateral, sales tools, and event collateral maintains brand voice and drives engagement with SA&I target audience
  • Assist with insights content knowledge management and retention of content for future use
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, insights team, and designers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience; content marketing a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
