Job Description

As a Marketing Analyst within the Business Strategy & Operations team, you will drive strategic focus, operational excellence, and performance visibility for Visa's Marketing Services. This role involves coordinating and developing marketing initiatives, supporting materials, and scalable solutions for clients. You will manage financial tracking, deploy regional strategies, lead pipeline meetings, ensure compliance, and partner with marketing teams to advance key initiatives and integrate sponsorships, supporting the Visa Marketing Service Model across LAC markets.
Good To Have:
  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years with an Advanced Degree.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong experience and understanding on Planning, Corporate Finances, Business Acumen.
  • Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborations and teamwork skills.
  • Track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that delivered measurable business results.
  • Ability to present with impact in Portuguese.
  • Strong PMO Project Management Experience.
  • Marketing planning and execution experience.
  • Experience working in financial industry and/or multinational companies.

  • Ensure consistent and effective use of governance for accurate, compliant data management.

  • Provide early visibility into local performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Coordinate project estimating processes and manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to advance key initiatives and share best practices.
  • Provide training enablement by rolling out provided training sessions and adapting them to local needs.
  • Create exposure opportunities to showcase LAC Marketing Services work internally.
  • Support markets in the execution of the Visa Marketing Services Model.
  • Integrate Visa Sponsorships & Partnerships assets among LAC Clients and Consumers.
  • Act as key liaison with multifunctional partners including Finance and Controllership.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaged Marketing Services community through learning and collaboration.

As part of the Business Strategy & Operations team, we are responsible for driving strategic focus, operational excellence, and performance visibility. We ensure the organization operates efficiently, scales effectively, and remains aligned with its priorities through smart planning, robust processes, and actionable insights.

This position will be responsible for coordinating and developing Marketing initiatives and Supporting Materials to support the evolution of the Marketing Services offering to our Clients by developing scalable solutions, selling materials, capabilities, and processes associated to Marketing Services. This role will work with the different LAC markets and multifunctional teams to support the implementation of the Visa Marketing Service Model.

Essential Functions

  • Manage financial tracking, revenue and expense recognition, pipeline management, and reporting at the market level, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to margin guidelines.
  • Deploy and execute regional strategies locally within assigned sub-regions in alignment with LAC guidelines.
  • Lead and coordinate weekly pipeline meetings and consolidate market-level pipeline data for HUB reporting.
  • Ensure consistent and effective use of governance for accurate, compliant data management.
  • Maintain compliance of all contracts, approvals, and operational activities with local legal requirements and Visa key controls and brand standards.
  • Provide early visibility into local performance, opportunities, and risks, enabling timely mitigation and informed decision-decision-making.
  • Coordinate project estimating processes and manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and planned vs. actual performance tracking.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to advance key initiatives, facilitate communications, share best practices, and promote global initiatives.
  • Provide training enablement by rolling out provided training sessions and adapting them to local needs; share market learnings and best practices for regional alignment.
  • Create exposure opportunities to showcase LAC Marketing Services work internally.
  • Support the markets in the execution of the Visa Marketing Services Model, including existing and new clients and/or contracts/RFPS.
  • Integrate Visa Sponsorships (i.e. FIFA World Cup, Olympics and NFL) & Partnerships assets among LAC Clients and Consumers to drive scale.
  • Act as key liaison with multifunctional partners including Finance and Controllership to provide continuous guidance and direction to the Marketing Services function.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaged Marketing Services community through learning, development, and collaboration.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
