Hasbro is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead data analysis, develop strategic insights, and ensure that data-driven decisions inform every aspect of our marketing. In this role, you will be digging into the inner workings of campaigns to better understand how they are impacting Hasbro’s business, making it ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at transforming data into actionable strategies, delivering measurable impact from campaign analysis, and supporting a diverse team of stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Oversee campaign and competitive performance reports.
  • Track campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Manage data collection, transformation, and storage practices.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure alignment of campaign goals with data-driven objectives.
  • Provide oversight for external agency and partner reporting.
  • Present data insights and trends during cross-functional meetings.
  • Collaborate with media, creative, executional, and analytic teams.
  • Stay current with emerging analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI), as well as data languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and indirect management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and digital campaign measurement.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.

Location: This position will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA.

A day in the life as a Marketing Analytics Manager on the Marketing Effectiveness team:

  • Campaign Reporting & Performance:
  • Oversee the design and development of campaign and competitive performance reports
  • Track campaign performance, provide data necessary for testing, and deliver insight based recommendations to optimize results for marketing efforts.
  • Synthesize analytical findings and recommendations for use in larger reports for both marketing teams and teams in other business units in an understandable, impactful way.
  • Data Strategy & Analytics:
  • Wrangle Hasbro Marketing’s data and analytical outputs in collaboration with data engineering to manage data collection, transformation, and storage practices
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that can influence and optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment of campaign goals with data-driven objectives, effectively translating marketing efforts into analytics strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Provide oversight for external agency and partner reporting, ensuring impact of outsourced efforts and analysis.
  • Build and document processes by fostering a collaborative team culture focused on continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement.
  • Present data insights and trends during cross-functional meetings, showcasing the impact of the marketing’s work on business objectives.
  • Collaborate with media, creative, executional, and analytic teams to ensure data and analytics are seamlessly integrated into marketing’s planning and strategy work.
  • Stay current with emerging analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive operational excellence.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or related fields, preferably within an advertising or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI), as well as data languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and indirect management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain flexibility while handling multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and digital campaign measurement.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office

The base salary range for this position is $69,120.00 to $103,680.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
