Hasbro is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Corporate Real Estate & Facilities to lead complex global real estate projects. This role involves coordinating the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to procurement, development, permitting, and construction, across Hasbro’s diverse global real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, efficient, and innovative projects that align with Hasbro's evolving business needs, demonstrating strong coordination, a forward-thinking attitude, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams with clarity and assurance.
Must have:
  • Direct and manage teams for corporate projects, including new offices, renovations and major construction efforts.
  • Develop budgets and schedules for projects with minimal specific information.
  • Coordinate teams and plans projects to achieve timely, budget-conscious completion of specific tasks.
  • Prepare architect/engineer/contractor requests for proposals; analyze/align bids and make award recommendation.
  • Negotiate and draft construction and consultant agreements.
  • Review architectural, MEP, structural drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Drive planning, development, estimating and internal project approvals.
  • Build and manage detailed project budgets, tracking reallocations, change orders, commitments, expenditures, forecasts and analysis.
  • Facilitate frequent project team and client project gatherings and record allocated duties.
  • Regularly update project team and client on project status.
  • Assist with due diligence efforts during property acquisition/lease activities.
  • Adhere to Hasbro’s space standards and adopt alternatives to improve efficiencies.
  • Work with internal partners to create purchase orders for all approved project related expenses and to ensure budget reconciliation.
  • Coordinate punch list and project close-out activities, including completing maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, landlord reimbursement, and other requirements.
  • Manage junior project management staff as applicable.
  • Sustain strong connections with internal and external project collaborators.
  • Provide information for internal operations reviews or to support internal audit inquiries, tax investigations and asset transfers.
  • Provide feedback to portfolio administration and corporate Finance regarding CAPEX spend and forecasts.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Architecture/Compose, Engineering, Business Operations Management, or Facilities Management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of prior project management experience, especially in corporate real estate.
  • Outstanding comprehension of project contracts, leases, change orders, and relevant documents.
  • Ability to produce, read and understand financial statements and cash flows.
  • Strong technical proficiency with commercial construction systems, methods and materials.
  • Ability to prepare budgets, summarize transactions for internal approval, reconcile costs and ensure timely project closeouts.
  • Proven track record of leading project teams that consist of both internal and external members.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, ability to multitask and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, team building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills showing both agility and sensitivity to change management.
  • Strong enthusiasm for working collaboratively and coordinating diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in performing well even in unclear situations.
  • Experience effectively managing resources remotely while displaying good leadership with team members.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to work independently, balance multiple tasks in an organized manner, and deliver quality work promptly.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Office, Project and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in managing international projects.
  • Ability to travel, including international travel on short notice (approximately 25-35%).

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities to join our team! In this capacity, you will coordinate the entire project lifecycle—from planning and design, procurement, and development through permitting and construction—across a varied portfolio of Hasbro’s global real estate initiatives. This role will have a significant impact in delivering high-quality, efficient, and innovative projects that cater to Hasbro’s evolving business needs! Achieving success in this role necessitates outstanding coordination abilities, a forward-thinking attitude, and the capacity to guide cross-functional teams with cooperation, clarity, and assurance.

This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work onsite 3 days per week in our Pawtucket, RI office.

A day in the life of a Sr. Project Manager, Corporate Real Estate & Facilities:

Direct and manage teams for corporate projects, including new offices, renovations and major construction efforts.

  • Develops budgets and schedules for projects with minimal specific information.
  • Coordinates teams and plans projects to achieve timely, budget-conscious completion of specific tasks.
  • Prepares architect/engineer/contractor requests for proposals; analyze/align bids and make award recommendation.
  • Negotiates and drafts construction and consultant agreements in partnership with project collaborators and teams, both within and outside the organization.
  • Reviews architectural, MEP, structural drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Drives planning, development, estimating and internal project approvals. This will entail frequent collaboration with local and corporate leadership and internal partners such as IT, Security, Finance and Human Resources.
  • Builds and manages detailed project budgets. This involves tracking budget reallocations, change orders, commitments, expenditures, forecasts and analysis on a regular basis.
  • Facilitates frequent project team and client project gatherings and records allocated duties.
  • Regularly updates project team and client on project status.
  • Assists with due diligence efforts during property acquisition/lease activities including providing substantial input on lease negotiations and management of brokerage partners.
  • Adheres to Hasbro’s space standards and adopts alternatives to improve efficiencies.
  • Works with internal partners to create purchase orders for all approved project related expenses and to ensure budget reconciliation.
  • Coordinates punch list and project close-out activities, including completing maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, landlord reimbursement, and other requirements. Provides acceptance and completion of the project and collection of final documentation.
  • Manages junior project management staff as applicable.
  • Sustains strong connections with internal and external project collaborators to provide continuous support to local teams
  • Provides information as requested for internal operations reviews or to support internal audit inquiries, tax investigations and asset transfers.
  • Provides feedback to portfolio administration and corporate Finance regarding CAPEX spend and forecasts.

The base salary range for this position is $117,400.00 to $176,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
