Job Description

Hasbro is seeking a Technical Lead to drive the strategy, delivery, and governance of AI capabilities across the organization, scaling its AI Center of Excellence. This role involves leading the GenAI technical team, managing the AI technology roadmap, ensuring compliance with legal and security standards, and tracking program metrics. The lead will also build partnerships with AI vendors and stay updated on industry trends to integrate secure and reliable AI innovations into business value.
Must have:
  • Lead and manage the GenAI technical team and coordinate cross-functional execution.
  • Own and evolve the AI technology roadmap, define objectives and key results, handle the product backlog, and track delivery achievements.
  • Ensure compliance with Hasbro’s legal, security, and privacy standards, establishing robust governance for AI usage.
  • Track and report program metrics that drive clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with AI vendors, platforms, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in enterprise AI and recommend strategic tools and capabilities.
  • 5+ years of enterprise-level technical leadership or program management experience with a focus on AI/ML initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude, Cursor, Meta Llama, Mistral, Google Cloud AI and AWS Q.
  • Strong experience with backlog management, Agile methodologies, and coordinating delivery across multiple engineering and business teams.
  • Proven ability to validate enterprise and engineering AI workflows, including evaluation of model outputs and deployment readiness.
  • Experience with legal, compliance, and procurement workflows for enterprise AI tooling and vendor management.
  • Expertise with GenAI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, Claude, AWS Q, and Google.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, cross-functional governance and risk management.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or industry lab/research experience.
  • Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or active participation in AI research communities.
  • Background in the entertainment, consumer products, or gaming industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the GenAI technical team and coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, legal, security, and product teams.
  • Own and evolve the AI technology roadmap, define objectives and key results, handle the product backlog, and track delivery achievements across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure compliance with Hasbro’s legal, security, and privacy standards, establishing robust governance for AI usage.
  • Track and report program metrics that drive clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with AI vendors, platforms, and internal stakeholders to accelerate safe adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Track and report program metrics that provide transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in enterprise AI and recommend strategic tools and capabilities aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of enterprise-level technical leadership or program management experience with a focus on AI/ML initiatives.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $126,000
  • Pay Range End: $190,000
  • Eligible for annual bonuses and long-term incentive plans
