AI Integration Engineer - AI Program

Hasbro is seeking an AI Integration Engineer to connect AI innovation with business value. This role involves building secure API integrations between AI platforms and core business systems, developing scalable infrastructure for new products, creating agentic solutions, and enabling intelligent workflows across global operations.

Must Have

• Build secure API integrations between AI systems and core enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Slack, GitHub, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Design and implement backend services to support AI-enabled workflows, including orchestration, monitoring, and secure deployment.
• Develop orchestration flows for enterprise AI agents using frameworks such as the OpenAI SDK, Azure AI Agents, or LangGraph.
• Maintain observability and monitoring for API usage, generating metrics and integration-level reporting.
• Implement context-aware AI experiences embedded into enterprise workflows.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, scalability, and compliance in all integration solutions.
• Strong software engineering skills.
• Proven experience integrating with enterprise platforms.
• Expertise with API security and management frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI integration patterns.
• Experience developing and validating enterprise workflows that embed AI services.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks in production-like settings.
• Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience deploying and operating enterprise-scale AI APIs.

In this hands-on role, you will develop secure API integrations, build scalable infrastructure for new product incubation, develop agentic solutions, and enable intelligent workflows across applications that power our global operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Build secure API integrations between AI systems and core enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Slack, GitHub, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Design and implement backend services to support AI-enabled workflows, including orchestration, monitoring, and secure deployment.
• Develop orchestration flows for enterprise AI agents using frameworks such as the OpenAI SDK, Azure AI Agents, or LangGraph.
• Maintain observability and monitoring for API usage, generating metrics and integration-level reporting.
• Implement context-aware AI experiences embedded into enterprise workflows.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, scalability, and compliance in all integration solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong software engineering skills in Python, Node.js, or C#.
• Proven experience integrating with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, ticketing systems).
• Expertise with API security and management frameworks (OAuth2, API Gateway, Azure API Management, AWS AppSync).
• Familiarity with enterprise AI integration patterns, including vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Redis) and retrieval pipelines.
• Experience developing and validating enterprise workflows that embed AI services.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, Azure AI Agents, OpenAI Agents etc.) in production-like settings.
• Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience deploying and operating enterprise-scale AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Q.
