Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Analyst for a Healthcare client.
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Campaign Analyst to support the development, execution, measurement, and optimization of multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns. This role will collaborate closely with analysts, data scientists, marketing specialists and managers, and external partners to drive performance through targeted, insight-led campaigns.
This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. The role is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing campaign requirements, audience segmentation, and performance metrics.
Design and manage campaign schedules across multiple channels; maintain the marketing calendar.
Translate business objectives into pre-campaign analytics, targeting strategies, and measurement plans.
Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend mid-campaign optimizations.
Report on campaign ROI, customer lifetime value (CLV), and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Partner in the integration and adoption of marketing and customer relationship technologies across the digital experience platform.
Communicate findings and technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders, fostering alignment and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related analytical role.
Demonstrated experience analyzing large, complex data sets (structured and unstructured).
Hands-on experience with digital experience platforms and tools such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, and/or Redpoint.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience using reporting tools to generate meaningful insights.
Skilled at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders in collaborative environments.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Familiarity with predictive models such as next best action, customer lifetime value, and churn prediction.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Denodo, and Power BI.
