We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Creatives Artist to join Belka Games and create engaging, high-quality content for our portfolio of games.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating marketing materials for our games: graphics for advertising videos (showing characters, locations, the environment)
- Assembling, refining, and creating from scratch
- Preparing graphics for 2D and 3D animation
- Interactive Playable Ads graphics
- Banners
- Participating in brainstorming and generating ideas for marketing materials
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of experience working as a Marketing Artist
- A relevant portfolio that shows promotional materials for games, banners, and illustrations
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop program tools and the ability to work with scripts
- Good knowledge of vector drawing in Adobe Illustrator and the ability to work with stock content
- Blender skills (scene assembly, lighting setup, modeling, and texturing)
- AI skills, including Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, and Midjourney
- The ability to work in different styles
- The ability to create content from existing art with modifications, plus the ability to create raster graphics from scratch
- Organizational skills and the ability to plan work across multiple tasks at a time
- Experience working with large volumes of graphic data

The recruitment process will consist of four phases: an interview with our recruiter, a test assignment, a technical interview with Lead Artist and a final call with the Head of Marketing Creatives.
