The Verlagsgruppe Oetinger is seeking a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on campaign management. The role involves developing strategies and concepts for brand and top-title campaigns, particularly in e-commerce and digital marketing. Responsibilities include project steering, budget planning, market analysis, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a marketing degree or comparable experience in digital marketing and a hands-on mentality.
Must have:
- Develop strategy and concepts for brand and top-title campaigns, focusing on e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Implement and manage projects, including creating campaign briefings and coordinating time and budget plans.
- Conduct target group and market analyses.
- Handle documentation, reporting, budget planning, and control.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and external partners/agencies, leading project teams.
- Completed marketing degree or comparable education.
- Experience with performance, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Experience with media planning and collaborations.
- Experience in creating analog and digital advertising materials.
- Curiosity, independent work, assertiveness, creativity.
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and hands-on mentality.

To strengthen our crew, we are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on campaign management:
Your tasks
- Strategy and concept development as well as support for brand and top-title campaigns with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing
- Implementation and project steering, especially the creation of campaign briefings and coordination of time and budget plans
- Target group and market analyses
- Documentation, reporting, as well as budget planning and control
- Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams as well as external partners/agencies, leading project teams
Your know-how is required
- Completed marketing degree or comparable education
- Experience with performance, social media, and influencer marketing, media planning and collaborations, as well as the creation of analog and digital advertising materials
