Freelance Sales Representative or a permanent Field Sales Manager (m/f/d)
Area to be covered: North Rhine-Westphalia
Your tasks as a new crew member:
- Support for our existing customers
- Active sale of existing publishing products and placement of new releases on the market
- Further development of the sales territory and competitor monitoring
- Independent new customer acquisition in main and secondary markets
- Participation in sales conferences and trade fairs
Your expertise is in demand
- You have proven professional experience in sales or field service and bring contacts in the book industry, preferably in the children's and youth book sector
- Business thinking and acting is a matter of course for you and drives you
- Openness to new things, courage, creativity, and a willingness to shape characterize you, and you prefer to use your "hands-on" mentality and organizational talent for products you are passionate about
- You bring initiative, assertiveness, and the will to succeed/close, as well as tact in sales conversations
- You work independently, structured, and autonomously, and you are proficient in using common Microsoft Office products
