Job Summary
Nine is seeking an Account Executive to join its Publishing team. This role involves working closely with a Group Business Manager and Sales Executive to manage advertising campaign administration and provide excellent customer service to media agencies and clients. Key responsibilities include supporting revenue targets, creating campaign reports, fostering relationships, managing key accounts, and demonstrating passion for the business and self-development.
Must Have
- Actively work with Sales Executive to meet revenue targets, secure the largest market share, promoting Nine products and the company’s suite of assets.
- Create campaign reports outlining key insights and oversee effective and accurate optimisations and delivery of campaigns.
- Foster strong relationships with your team and other key internal/external stakeholders, to ensure commercial success.
- Be proactive in supporting your sales executives to manage and grow key accounts and manage day to day communication with the agency and ensure that work is delivered on time.
- Demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for our business, taking an avid interest in your self-development and promoting our business values day to day.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to quality, detail, and results.
- The ability to plan, organise, and co-ordinate activities so that deadlines are met.
- The ability to interact effectively at all levels within the account.
- A commitment to problem-solving and taking initiative.
- Be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others.
- Ability to absorb information and act accordingly.
