Must Have

- Execute company product strategy and academic promotion activities to achieve business objectives.
- Implement regional access plan to ensure smooth product access into hospital channels.
- Determine target customers within the jurisdiction based on brand strategy and company goals.
- Manage target customers by tier and formulate corresponding customer visit plans and daily implementation.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and establish long-term good cooperative relationships through high-level professional visits and multi-channel academic activities.
- More than 3 years of first-line sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
