Job Description

This role is responsible for Product & Solutions marketing planning for China, focusing on Impact Solutions. The manager will plan, develop, and execute strategic marketing campaigns to support business objectives, improve conversion rates, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement. They will bridge marketing, product, and operations teams, lead digital marketing initiatives, and develop content strategies based on audience motivations in academic, research, and professional services sectors. The role requires staying current with regional digital trends and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Collect and consolidate input from global Marketing Strategy/Planning and strategic business units.
  • Plan, develop, and execute strategic marketing campaigns to support business objectives and promote products & solutions.
  • Improve conversion rates and ROI, measured by brand awareness, audience growth, sales leads, and customer engagement.
  • Serve as the bridge between marketing/product/operations teams, aligning client needs with product offerings.
  • Coordinate business priorities and deliver marketing support that drives commercial pipeline and customer value.
  • Lead a flagship digital marketing initiative to expand audience reach and engagement across key communication platforms.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-brand, and data-driven campaign execution via owned and earned channels, managing budget and resources.
  • Develop positioning and content strategies based on audience motivations in academic, research, and professional services sectors.
  • Deliver content-led marketing programs and promote relevant Solutions products through B2C2B journeys.
  • Proactively drive or support other marketing initiatives within the division, including integrated campaigns and cross-promotions.
  • Stay current with regional digital and social amplification trends, platforms, and audience behavior.
  • Provide ongoing input into channel strategy and audience engagement tactics.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in front of / virtual to global audiences.
  • Proven track record to work globally.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and anticipate and react quickly to changing priorities.
  • Solid experience (5+ years) in b2b marketing functions, including campaign development, product/solutions marketing, social media promotion, and project execution.
  • Familiar with digital communication platforms in Greater China (e.g. WeChat public account or similar).
  • Hands-on experience designing or supporting marketing campaign promotions across such channels.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
  • Positive, change-oriented mindset, plus the ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.
  • Able to self-organize, prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration capabilities.
  • Able to inspire others through professional conduct and proactive behavior.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
  • Proficient in using a wide range of tools to support campaign delivery, reporting, and performance analysis.

About the Role

This role is responsible for Product & Solutions marketing planning for China, with a focus on Impact Solutions, driving joint success for our strategic business goals for solutions in China through localized, high-impact marketing programs, in close collaboration with other teams within marketing and beyond.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collect and consolidate required input from global Marketing Strategy/Planning and relevant strategic business units where appropriate.
  • Plan, develop, and execute strategic marketing campaigns that support business objectives and promote our products & solutions along customer journeys – from awareness to loyalty and advocacy. Focus on improving conversion rates and ROI, as measured by increased brand awareness, audience growth, acquisition of high-quality sales leads, and enhanced customer engagement & success.
  • Serve as the bridge between marketing/product/operations teams, aligning client needs with product offerings and integrating them into the local market ecosystem. Coordinate business priorities and deliver marketing support that drives commercial pipeline and customer value.
  • Lead a flagship digital marketing initiative aimed at significantly expanding audience reach and engagement across key communication platforms, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors. Ensure high-quality, on-brand, and data-driven campaign execution via both owned and earned channels, while managing budget and resources effectively.
  • Develop positioning and content strategies based on a strong understanding of audience motivations in the academic, research, and professional services sectors. Deliver content-led marketing programs and promote relevant Solutions products (e.g. Careers and Training) through B2C2B journeys.
  • Proactively drive or support other marketing initiatives within the division, including integrated campaigns and cross-promotions, etc. that align with broader departmental goals.
  • Stay current with regional digital and social amplification trends, platforms, and audience behavior. Provide ongoing input into channel strategy and audience engagement tactics to continuously refine our approach.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
