Flow is seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join their Miami-based team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth marketing execution by acting as the point of contact between various teams, including Creative, Product, and Data. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excel in cross-functional collaboration, and bring clarity to fast-moving priorities. Responsibilities include managing projects and cross-functional collaboration, acting as the liaison between Marketing and other departments like Studio, Billing, Product, Data, and Building leadership to ensure seamless communication and project delivery. The role also involves owning and optimizing an internal AI tool, maintaining documentation, and translating marketing campaign needs into clear action plans. The candidate will track requests, timelines, and deliverables, identify blockers, and suggest process improvements. Familiarity with creative workflows and content production pipelines is essential.
Must have:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing project management or operations
  • Deep familiarity with creative workflows and content production pipelines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive communication style
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Data, and/or Finance teams
  • Comfortable learning and implementing new tools or systems, especially AI tools
Good to have:
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Jira, HubSpot, Figma, or Notion

About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Marketing Project Manager to join our Miami-based team. This role will play a key part in helping Marketing execute smoothly by serving as the point of contact between teams, from Creative to Product to Data.

The ideal candidate has strong project management instincts, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and brings clarity and follow-through to fast-moving priorities. You’ll report to the Director of Brand Marketing and work across the organization to ensure that marketing initiatives are executed on time, on brand, and with impact.

This role is based full time at Flow's HQ in the Bay Harbor Islands

Responsibilities:
  • Project & Cross-Functional Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and:
  • Studio (for creative asset needs and timelines)
  • Billing (to ensure financial tracking and vendor coordination)
  • Product (for HubSpot and website support/updates)
  • Data (to gather performance insights, dashboards, and audience intelligence)
  • Building leadership (to understand daily operations and needs)
  • Ensure seamless communication and project delivery across all touchpoints

  • Platform & Tool Ownership
  • Fully own, operate, and optimize the internal AI tool being developed by the RTX team
  • Maintain documentation and workflows to ensure AI tool is scalable and adopted effectively by the Marketing team

  • Workflow & Communication
  • Translate marketing campaign needs into clear action plans for collaborators
  • Track and manage requests, timelines, and deliverables to keep all teams aligned
  • Proactively identify blockers, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement

Ideal Background:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management or operations
  • Deep familiarity with creative workflows and content production pipelines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive communication style
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Data, and/or Finance teams
  • Comfortable learning and implementing new tools or systems, especially AI tools
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Asana, Jira, HubSpot, Figma, or Notion
